FRIDAY, JUNE 26: MOANA DINNER EXPERIENCE WITH EMMER & RYE
Join us at Moana for a special culinary evening with Chef Kevin Fink, featuring a curated menu of hand-selected Emmer & Rye favorites, thoughtfully adapted for Kona Village using locally sourced Hawaiʻi ingredients. Moana’s signature dinner menu will also be available. This experience is open to guests and the local community.
SATURDAY, JUNE 27: ISLAND ROOTS WITH EMMER & RYE
Exclusively for resort guests, Chef Kevin Fink co-hosts our signature Island Roots communal dinner beneath the kiawe trees. Centered around an imu fire pit with live-fire Hawaiian cooking, the evening features select Emmer & Rye dishes alongside Island Roots favorites, served family-style at a shared table. The experience pays homage to Chef Fink’s Texas roots while celebrating Hawaiʻi’s vibrant flavors.
